DISCLAIMER
I understand that I am providing information about my professional expertise or organization’s work for the purpose of helping males with eating disorders find treatment. Therefore, only professionals and organizations with a willingness to counsel and who have experience treating males with eating disorders are eligible for registering in the Directory.
Profiles include the organization or person's name, website, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address, insurance information, and a description of the organization's work or one's professional experience.
I understand it is my responsibility to honestly and concisely present information in my profile. I further understand that it is my responsibility to update my information or withdraw my entry, if no longer in practice. To update or withdraw your profile, write to Chris@NAMEDinc.org.
If N.A.M.E.D. is unable to contact you or your organization by e-mail or phone call, N.A.M.E.D. reserves the right to delete your profile in the Directory.
There is a one year registration fee of $100 for BUSINESSES, ORGANIZATIONS, and PROGRAMS (including Research Programs) and a one year registration fee of $50 for INDIVIDUALS. For the individual registration fee, the therapist's name must be listed, rather than their business name even if the therapist has no employees.
This registration fee is subject to change without notice. Refer to this disclaimer statement for the current registration fee. Entries will not be posted until the registration fee is received.
There is no charge for free support groups to be listed. If you are registering a support group, complete the registration form and simply skip the "Payment Information" section and click on "Continue" to complete the transaction.
N.A.M.E.D. reserves the right to edit profiles, and if necessary, to reject entries, if an entry is inappropriate for this Directory. The registration fee will be refunded to anyone whose profile is not accepted.
